Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items in accordance with the conditions set out below.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage or alteration will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping in cases of change of mind or sizing issues. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. In these cases we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement once the item has been received and inspected. Please include clear photographs of the issue in your initial message to help us resolve the matter quickly.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the funds.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be exempt from returns. Any exclusions will be clearly noted on the relevant product page.
